The NSS unit of the college engages student-teachers in community service, social outreach programmes and rural development activities. Through camps, awareness programmes and volunteer initiatives, NSS instills values of social responsibility, leadership and nation-building.

Objectives:
The objective of the National Service Scheme is to awaken the social consciousness of the students and provide opportunities to them as follows.
- Understand the community in which they work

- Develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility

- Special Camps and Community Service:
Organizing regular NSS special camps focusing on rural development, cleanliness, health and social awareness.
- Social Outreach Programmes:
Conducting activities related to education, health, sanitation and community welfare in nearby villages and communities.
- Awareness Campaigns:
Organizing campaigns on cleanliness, health and hygiene, environmental protection, gender equality and social issues.
- Rural Development Activities:
Participating in village adoption programmes, surveys and development initiatives.
- Health and Wellness Programmes:
Conducting blood donation camps, medical awareness sessions and fitness-related activities.
- Environmental Initiatives:
Organizing tree plantation drives, cleanliness campaigns and eco-friendly practices.
- Observation of National and Important Days:
Celebrating Gandhi Jayanthi, Independence Day, Republic Day and other significant occasions through service activities.
- Leadership and Personality Development:
Providing opportunities for volunteers to develop leadership, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Disaster Management and Relief Activities:
Participating in relief and rehabilitation activities during natural calamities when required.
