The Eco Club inspires students to adopt eco-friendly practices and develop environmental consciousness. Activities include tree planting, campus clean-up drives, awareness rallies, recycling initiatives and workshops on sustainable living. The Club nurtures responsibility towards nature and environmental conservation.
Objectives:
- To generate awareness to the students about environmental pollution.
- To be able to open the eyes of these people on the need to protect and conserve our environment.
- To study and educate on simple corrective actions that will diminish the environmental pollution.
Key Activities of the Environmental Club (Eco Club)
- Tree Plantation Drives:
Organizing regular tree planting and sapling distribution programmes to enhance green cover and biodiversity.
- Campus Clean-Up Drives:
Conducting cleanliness campaigns to promote a clean, plastic-free and eco-friendly campus.
- Environmental Awareness Rallies:
Organizing rallies and campaigns to create awareness on environmental protection, climate change and conservation.
- Recycling and Waste Management Initiatives:
Promoting waste segregation, recycling practices and reduction of single-use plastics on campus.

Conducting workshops and talks on sustainable lifestyles, renewable energy, water conservation and eco-friendly practices.

Celebrating World Environment Day, Earth Day and related occasions through meaningful activities.
