Objectives of the Psycho-Social Supportive Cell

Key Activities of the Psycho-Social Supportive Cell
- Individual and Group Counselling:
Providing confidential counselling sessions to support emotional, academic and personal concerns.
- Stress Management and Relaxation Programmes:
Organizing sessions on stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, meditation, yoga and relaxation practices.
- Mental Health Awareness Programmes:
Conducting workshops, talks and campaigns on mental health, emotional intelligence and self-care.
- Life Skills Development Sessions:
Offering programmes on coping skills, time management, decision-making and interpersonal relationships.
- Peer Support Initiatives:
Encouraging peer interaction and support to build a sense of belonging and mutual care.
- Crisis Support and Referral Services:
